No need to take your PC away for repair or wait days (or even weeks) for it to be repaired; I come to you, usually within 24 hours of your call and can normally complete work during my first visit.

I carry a range of spare parts, but if I don't have the part in stock I will get it (normally within 24 hours) and return and fit it for you.

How Long Will The Repair Take?

During your first call to us, we can give you an initial assessment of the problem or required work and the time it might take to resolve (based on the information you are able to give us). A more accurate assessment of the time required can be made once we arrive on site.

We keep you informed as works progress and get your approval before proceeding with any repairs.

In the majority of cases, works can be completed within 60 to 90 minutes.

It is usually evident during the first hour if a repair is likely to take longer than this and we will discuss this with you before proceeding further.
