How it Works

Local Laptop Repair Service

Your laptop is collected, repaired and returned to you within 2 days (subject to availability of parts **)

  1. Request a quote or call us with details of the problem

  2. We provide a quote for the repair the same day. *
  3. If you want to go ahead with the repair, we collect your laptop within 24 hours (but often the same day).
  4. We order the parts required to complete the repair - these are normally available to us within 24-48 hours.
  5. We carry out the repair and deliver your laptop back to you at an agreed time (usually two days after collection**).
  6. You pay for the repair, at the quoted rate, when we return the laptop to you.

* In some cases, an inspection is necessary before a quote can be given. If this is the case, we will call/email to let you know. If you'd still like a quote, we will collect the laptop from you, carry out the inspection and call/email you with a quote. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, a charge of £10 will be made to cover the cost of inspection. There is no inspection fee payable if you have the repair carried out by us.

** 2 day turnaround is subject to availability of parts. In a few cases, component level motherboard repairs may be required and these will take longer to complete - if this is applicable to your repair, turnaround times will be outlined in the quotation we send you.
